Veg Manchurian

My first post on this blog was Gobi Manchurian...This is just a variation from it!

Instead of Gobi florets, I used grated vegetables – in this particular time i used, grated cabbage and carrots + chopped capsicum [green bell pepper]! U could also use potatoes, beans etc but if potatoes are used u boil them first!

Now, same in the prev recipe, mix the flours with the vegetable mixture along with salt chillies and red chilli powder and make into small round balls as shown!

Fry the balls into golden brown color and mix with the sauce as prepared in this recipe.

Garnish with coriander ….. and serve with fried rice/jeera rice or just with tomato ketchup as a starter!
