Sponge Cake – And eggless ? Ya for all those who are veggies but am afraid this variation is not for vegans as it uses condensed milk…but soon I would bake up a Vegan cake so watch this space buddies!

How do you do?

  • Combine and mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl
  • In another bowl melt the butter and add sugar and beat well with a mixer.
  • Pour the wet mixture in the dry one and beat well again till you get a running consistency.
  • Line a baking tray with butter and if you need with baking paper and pour the above batter in the tray.
  • Bake it for 45 mins in a preheated oven at 2000C .
