Yummyy!! I loved this one….its a bit different from the simple tomato rice given there are no onions used. In Andhra, we have a telugu calendar month called KARTEEKA MAASAM during DIWALI time and we prefer to avoid onions as much as possible. So this one was developed for one such days 🙂

This is also going to the event Think Spice, Think Pepper hosted by Divya at Dil Se.

Do try and let me know the feedback or any suggestions.

  2. Wow, I like this simple dish. Can we add onions also if we want to? What is pepper in tamil or telugu? Do we get pepper powder itself in shops?

But I can’t cook now! I will try it next month. But I will do this if there is no further intervention of destiny!
