What is this jeera? I have some jeera powder (to make jaljeera to drink) – Is that ok? This coconut rice is simple to cook, but the red chillies I don’t want to buy for this alone, and I don’t have a mixie – Is that ok? Is it better to do sprout the mustard seeds in ghee than sunflower oil?? Because, I am always using sunflower oil to do the same.
