Popu/Tadka Ingridients!

I keep posting, tadka ingridients in my recipes…so here are those 

  • Mustard seeds – avalu [telugu] ; 
  • Cumin seeds – jeelakarra [telugu] ; jeera [hindi]
  • Black gram – minappapu [telugu] ; urad dal [hindi]
  • Yellow split lentils – Sanaga pappu [telugu] ; chana dal [hindi]
  • dry red chillies – yendu mirapakaya [telugu]
  • Peppercorns – Miriyalu [telugu] – Occasionally we use.
